Find Your Serial Number and Firmware Version

You can check your Serial Number on both app and Smart Remote.

On Smart Remote before first connection of Smart Remote to Wi-Fi:

1. On your Smart Remote on "Hello World" screen click the "i" on the bottom right of your screen.
2. Here you can check both Serial Number and factory firmware version.

On Smart Remote if the first firmware has already been completed:

1. Make sure you are in fix mode by swiping down from the top of Smart Remote screen to reveal the Carousel.
2. Go to the settings menu by swiping left on the Carousel.
3. Press "About" and check Serial Number and Version.

In Smart Remote App:

1. Go to Settings menu.
2. Select your Smart Remote in My Smart Remote section.
3. Check your "Serial number" and "Firmware Version".
