We want your honest feedback! Here at Sevenhugs we value above all else the opinion of our users. We want to develop and support the best product on the market. This means hearing both your positive and negative experiences.
We ask that you respect the views and opinions of others and use the appropriate tone and language while in the community. Please feel free to report any conduct to a moderator when and we will make sure to review these reports in a timely fashion.
We want to answer your questions and prioritize your concerns. But we need your help to make sure that posts are within the appropriate portions of the community.
Please make sure to reach out to email@example.com for non technical issues such as refunds or order updates.
Please refrain from speculating and instead feel free to ask direct questions within the community or directly to a support team member.
Please do not self promote or solicit within the community.
Please do not post private information within this community. If you need direct assistance from a support team member you can reach out to someone at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure to take into consideration your situation before accepting advice from others within the community. Your safety and happiness is of the utmost importance to us.
Please keep in mind that as a requirement to participate within this pilot that you have signed an NDA and should refer to this document should you wish to share information from within this community with others not already selected to participate in this pilot.
We are so excited to have such dedicated Backers that are interested in helping us develop this device. We want all of our Backers to participate actively and frequently within this community. This is a place of collaboration and comradery so please enjoy!
Sevenhugs Team Members who will be participating in the Forum:
Support Team Members: These team members are here to help redirect and assist with general questions and to ensure that any immediate requests are being addressed by appropriate team members.
Engineers: These team members may respond to questions or comments from time to time in order to provide technical advice or collect valuable information for the improvement of your experience with the Sevenhugs Smart Remote. These team members offer their personal advice but are not spokespersons for Sevenhugs and cannot offer insight into immediate or future changes/developments.
Moderators: These members will be committed to providing a clean and meaningful experience within the community. A moderator may on occasion use their authority to intervene in discussions that are not relevant or even counterproductive to the discussion. They may also in some rare cases edit, move or delete posts.
