Error 2063523 during "Loading your experience..." step

I'm setting up my remote for the first time, and I'm getting this error during the "Loading your experience..." step.  The app tries to load (spinning blue circle) then appears to time out.  After about a minute, the screen says:

Oops, something went wrong. Client timed out. Error code: 2063523

This step comes after I've successfully connected the remote to my Wifi and connected my phone/app to the remote.  And I confirmed I have a strong Wifi signal (>50 Mbps).

I followed these steps in this article three times (confirm wifi is connected, confirm same wifi, hard reset), but I'm still having the same issue.

Can you help?

  • Opened an issue on the exact same topic, I emailed support with it and they asked for serial number and screen shots which I provided and am waiting for a response it looks like a LOT of people are having this problem. I opened my ticket with them last week and sent them all of the requested info and am waiting for a reply!!

      Bob Boule They emailed me this morning and asked for the same info (serial number and screenshot).  I sent it to them and am waiting to hear back.

  • Customer Service got back to me today and this is now fixed.  I just got mine to work.
