Even with the software update to the latest development today, I still can’t add AV scenes to point mode. This is after trying everything I know and even disabling and re-enabling point mode on my remote. Is there a special way to do this?
Hi Randy Braden to locate your AV Scenes list you need to make sure Point Mode is activated on your Smart Remote, you will then need to go on your AV Scenes list screen and long press on the icon on the top of your screen in the carousel, not the specific scene in the list. Please let us know if that helped.
Hello, so sorry that it took me so long to respond. The problem was that my remote would not stay connected to my wi-fi long enough to update. I would think that the update completed when in fact it did not. I finally connected to a hotspot and the update completed. Consequently I am now able to use this feature with no problem. Thank you for your diligence!
