iOS app - Account empty

I updated my iOS app today and notice that my Accounts page in the app is blank. Is that expected?

  • iPad Air 3rd generation... iOS ver 13.3.1...app firmware version is 0.74.23. Smart Remote is v.0.75.16-19.6.3ae

    I get the message that the iPad app is connected to the Smart Remote. But, I also notice that I cannot customize screen layout on scenes or devices.

  • I just tried to revise the Carousel display order for devices. Got an error. Internal Server Error code: 500

  • I followed the instructions on your code 500 error support page. Deleted the account in the iOS app and have successfully reconnected to the Smart Remote. Now I have full capability (as far as I can tell) now. I'd call this Solved...

  • No model number shows up. Using IR testing on the Smart Remote, the power button is the only test and it fails.

  • Yes, I picked an Auvio device that was not appropriate, asked it to test IR connection. I lied when the power test button didn't work. Then I cleaned out all the buttons and created new ones and finished with IR Learning. I could even replace the power button. Now all is working just fine. I set up my Auvioi HD Tuner controls to match the tuner's remote. Working great.
