"Oops something went wrong" when “loading your experience”

The error message "Oops something went wrong" on your Smart Remote App when app is "loading your experience" could happen in the following cases:

  • You are trying to set up your Smart Remote with Smart Remote app
  • You are trying to add a new Smart Remote to your configuration

In these cases:

  1. Make sure Smart Remote is still connected to your Wi-Fi network and it's the same network as your mobile phone
  2. Press “Retry”

If the problem persists please:

  1. Try to hardware reset your Smart Remote
  2. Make sure you are using the latest software and mobile app versions by checking our latest release note here .
