Carousel Issue: Unable to reorder/hide devices

In settings, the Carousel Display Order page will not allow me to reorder/hide devices because there are lights that were deleted from the Devices & Services page still showing in the list. I keep getting error: Oops, something went wrong. Cannot find Device 00:17:88:01:02:3d:04:5e-0b. Error code: 2075502.

  • Jason Savory thanks a lot for sharing this. Could you please try the following steps and let me know if that helps?

    • On the top left of your Smart Remote App screen click on the home icon

    • Select Edit

    • Select your Home

    • Select Remove Home

    • You will then be able to repair your Smart Remote App and Smart Remote by following the steps indicated on Smart Remote. No worries, your Smart Remote App will recover all your configuration from your Smart Remote. 

    • Anne-Sophie F. Followed the instructions and now the settings page is blank. Deleted app and tried again. Still no options in settings section. White screen. 

    • Jason Savory could you please share what version of App you are currently using?

    • Anne-Sophie F. The new software version seems to have helped. Although, it disabled point mode and I'll have to redo that.

  • I am having the exact same problem, my carousel list in the app is populated by a long list of duplicates of my devices, and when trying to rearrange I get the same error. I've also tried following the steps mentioned here, but the problem persist. I've tried updating the remote as well, but apparently I've got the newest version.
