  • Hello,

Thanks for this new release. It's working well on my side and I enjoyed this feature to get only the relevant buttons.

I have just a question, I saw that on the smartphone application, it's possible to change the name of the buttons but it's not reflecting on the smart remote.

Is it possible to have the name also updated in the smart remote ?

    Thank you.

    • Hi Benoit P ,
Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to see you enjoy this feature so far.
When renaming a button, Smart Remote should display the set name, except if there is an icon for it.
Can you precise what buttons you're trying to rename, and for which device? Does it display an icon or the old name? Is the name saved in the mobile app?
      Thank you

  • Hi, like Benoit P , I try to customize buttons. But I don't see the 1x2 volume button like the picture below.

Because I want on the same screen two volume level like the second picture. It could be  interessant to put name too.

    Thanks,

    • Hi Pascal D ,
      Thanks for your comment.
For the moment you can add this volume +/- button only with the same channel +/- button, which is 3x3, like the Navigation pad.
I understand what you would like to do, I will share that with our design and engineering teams so they have your use case in mind when working on the next version of this feature.
Let us know if there are other improvements you need.
      Thanks

     Hello,

I tried for "Audio/Video Devices" for an Onkyo. I tried to update the name of button "Input 1" or "Input 4" for example. When I change the button name, it's the new name which is displayed but nothing in the smart remote. When I go back to the app and I check the layout of the device, I can see back the "Input" label.

I tried the same on TV device for button "TV / DTV" or "HDMI*" and same issue.

    Thank you
