I can not control my Wi-Fi device anymore / device unreachable

In the case that you can’t control your Wi-Fi devices any more or one or several of your devices have an exclamation mark next to your device’s icon meaning that your device is unreachable please:

  1. Make sure your device is powered on and locally connected to the same local network as Smart Remote

  2. Check if Smart Remote is still connected to your Wi-Fi network by:

    1. Go to “Settings” on your Smart Remote and select “Wi-Fi”

    2. Check if Smart Remote is still “connected”.

If the issue still persists please try to hardware reset your Smart Remote.

If the problem persists please check if you still can control your Wi-Fi devices with its own app/remote control. If yes, you’ll need to remove your device from Smart Remote and add it again.
