Error 116: Wi-Fi device "unreachable"

In the case that you can’t control your Wi-Fi devices any more or one or several of your devices have an exclamation mark next to your device’s icon meaning that your device is unreachable with error 116, please:

  1. Make sure your device is powered on and locally connected to the same local network as Smart Remote

  2. Check if Smart Remote is still connected to your Wi-Fi network by:

    1. Go to “Settings” on your Smart Remote and select “Wi-Fi”

    2. Check if Smart Remote is still “connected”

  3. Make sure your device is controllable with its own app/remote control

  4. Click "Try again"

  5. If "Try again" does not help please try to hardware reset your Smart Remote.

If the issue still persists try to remove your device from Smart Remote via the Smart Remote App and then add it again.
