  • I'd definitely advocate for this feature request.  Other universal remotes have this capability.

  • You need this capability.  The Harmony remotes have been able to do it for many years.

  • Definitely. Especially being able to explicitly set "Power Off" or "Power On" steps.

  • Yes, CK, it would be terrific to be able to set up a scene to power OFF all devices consistently no matter which of them are currently on or off.

John Patrick Yep, definitely need it to be able to make that scene.

  • What's a use case for this? Trying to understand it, but sounds useful! 😅

      Two important examples would be:

      1.  Creating scenes that perform a series of steps in order. An example scene would be:

      • Turn device A on, activate button X on it.
      • Then turn device B on, switch it's input, then activate button Y on it.
      • Turn off devices C and D.

      2.  Creating an "All Off" scene where some or all devices are turned off.

These types of scenes are impossible to create today, and are super important and really desperately needed.

    • C K Ah okay got it! Well AV scenes barely work for me now, since my TV doesn't seem to be very well supported. My inputs are all messed up, and I can't teach the remote a new input because it's behind a menu on the screen. 😐

  • I agree. More customisation on scene start/shutdown to allow for start delay etc.
