"oh, internal server error" code: 500

In the case you are trying to remove or edit a device, group, TV or Home Scene, etc. via Smart Remote App and you get an error message mentioning ""oh, internal server error" code: 500", please follow the steps below:

  • On the top left of your Smart Remote App Home screen click on the home icon
  • Select "Edit"
  • Select your Home
  • Select "Remove"
  • Re-start setup with Smart Remote App, you will be able to recover your configuration in App by selecting the Smart Remote linked to its home when Smart Remote is found
