New App release (05/20/2020)
Today we released new Android and iOS Apps to improve the experience when setting up and updating your Smart Remote.
When setting up: If for any reason your Smart Remote App does not automatically find your Smart Remote during setup, you now have the ability to add it manually by entering its IP address.
While updating your Smart Remote in the App: If you have encountered any connection issues between the Smart Remote App and your Smart Remote, please read the detailed guide to fix here.
Please make sure your Smart Remote and Smart Remote App are up to date.
Smart Remote Firmware v0.76.3
iOS Smart Remote App remains 1.14.1 (available in Testflight)
Android App 1.15.4 (available via our Google Beta Group)
Room Sensors Firmware remains the same v0.16.7
Hello and thank you for sending this. I’m not sure if I missed something but it appears my remote has updated automatically as expected, but it wouldn’t appear I have been added in TestFlight for the new iOS version, as I am still on 1.12.2(1). My TestFlight is linked to my Apple account, so if an invite was automatically pushed to me, it wouldn’t appear to have been received. Any guidance you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
