Reset Point Mode calibration

You need to reset Point Mode calibration if you are in one of the following cases:

  • Point Mode is not working reliably

  • You have performed a hardware reset of your Smart Remote

  • You changed the location of at least one of your Room Sensors

  • You changed the location of your Charging Base

  • You performed a hardware reset of your Room Sensors or Charging Base

  • Smart Remote has lost connection with Room Sensors and/or Charging Base

  • You replaced at least one of your Room Sensors

  • Your replaced your Charging Base

  • You did an erase all of your Smart Remote

In that case

  1. Go to swipe mode by swiping down on the top of Smart Remote, you shouldn’t have any arrow on the top of the screen anymore

  2. Go to the Settings menu by swiping left on the top of Smart Remote screen

  3. Select "Point Mode”

  4. Select “Calibration reset”

  5. Follow instructions on Smart Remote

After resetting calibration you'll need to relocate your items .
