Hi what is this mean when I tried to update a device name from the Smart Remote IOS App?  Thanks.

  • Hi Simon, perhaps your Smart Remote is having some issues, can you try to perform a factory reset and see if it solves your issue ?

      Bolu O hi I already tried resetting many times, this is the same remote I also having the burn in issue.  And I only really used it for a bit over a week for my new TV and now I am afraid to use it cas worry the matter will get worse.
