Hi John, an issue on the logistics side that affected our ability to restock resulting in our devices being stuck overseas, we are working on resolving it as fast as possible and hopefully by the new years we should be back on track.
Ok, so my fault for going for British understatement in saying “a bit more specific”. I was expecting a specific answer - maybe even the name of a month when I might get this product that I have already paid for long ago. Obviously too much to ask.
