Error 542

I am still unable to connect to your backend servers for updates or device profile downloads. When checking for a software update I get Error 542 unable to connect. I am currently running v0.61.4-19.5.4-zz.

    Thanks for your feedback.
    That's unfortunate you are not able to update your Smart Remote. I suggest you to reset your Smart Remote by following these steps .
    If that doesn't help, you should perform a factory reset of your Smart Remote
