The future of the product


Having trusted your company and your product, I learned that your company was recently acquired. No communication, no clarification as to the future of the company.

So I open this subject to know the future of the product. Are there still developers on it? Are you going to create another product instead of the existing one?

Staying positive is good, but we are waiting for real and concrete information.

  • I'm in the market for anything other than a Harmony.. Really wanted to like this remote.  After considerable research it seems pretty obvious that development on this product has stopped.   The last software update was back in May.  There seems to be only one person addressing the ENTIRE support side of this website.  There is apparently no stock anywhere at Best Buy other than order, which for me is weeks out.  I think the writing is on the wall with regard to your question on the future of this product....
