Missing Package or Device ID, Error Codes 401 & 402

In the case you are trying to edit a device an AV Scene via Smart Remote App and you get an error message mentioning a missing Package or Device ID, error codes: 401 or 402, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Try to refresh your Smart Remote App by scrolling down on your App Home
  2. Wait for the Smart Remote to communicate again with Smart Remote App
  3. Try again to edit your device or AV Scene.
