Due to recent market evolution, we made the difficult decision to discontinue Smart Remote. Smart Remote will continue functioning normally and we will continue to support our existing customers until June 1st 2022. Beyond this date Smart Remote products will no longer function as intended (more details here)

What's the last day I can buy/find a Smart Remote?
Smart remote is no longer being sold through authorized retailers.
Does that change anything to the warranty policy?
The decision to stop selling and manufacturing Smart Remote doesn’t impact the warranty (link here)
How long will you keep the support available if I need to write in for technical support?
We will keep support running with limited hours until June 1st 2022. Our support team will continue to be available, and we will continue to offer resources such as "How to.."(link here)
Will my scene /groups /settings on my Smart Remote still work?
Yes the discontinuation will not impact your Smart Remote experience until June 1st 2022.
What will happen beyond June 1st 2022?
Smart Remote product will remain operational.
In most instances, Smart Remote customers will still be able to control the devices installed and configured on the Smart Remote by May 31, 2022 unless the interface with the third party (like a streaming service) subsequently changes.
