Airtv Mini

I see for Airtv ir compatibility but don't see compatibility for the Airtv Mini since it's bluetooth.  Please assist.

      How can I customize the order of the TV scenes on the remote as I would like to put the most used at the top of the list?

    • Vinh Tran that's great news! To customize the order of your TV Scenes you will need to go to Setting on your Smart Remote App and select TV Scenes display order.

  • When I try to customize the order, it says "Oops, something went wrong. Cannot find Devise 42b208a8  Error code: 2075502 and I've tried it several times.  Also I noticed that it's missing my new TV Scene AirTV Mini 4K from the list.  Please assist.

    • Vinh Tran do you confirm that your Smart Remote is well connected with your Smart Remote App? If yes, could you please try the following steps and let us know if that helps?

      • On the top left of your Smart Remote App screen click on the home icon

      • Select Edit

      • Select your Home

      • Select Remove Home

      • You will then be able to repair your Smart Remote App and Smart Remote by following the steps indicated on Smart Remote. No worries, your Smart Remote App will recover all your configuration from your Smart Remote.

      Anne-Sophie F. I did what you requested and it re-added my home, but when I try to go into the TV Scenes display order menu again, it's still doing the same thing saying it cannot find device & giving the same error code.

      Anne-Sophie F. Ok, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it seems like it's working now, thank you. 

      In the future, I won't have to keep doing this with the app, right?
