  • Hi  Wout Martens ,
    Thanks for your feedback.
You should be able to use Spotify Connect with Google Home.
For the other points you mentioned, I can't provide a date at this time but we'll definitely look into this integration in 2019 as this is one of the most requested devices by the community. If you haven't done it yet, I invite you to vote for this request and to follow the topic to get notified when the status is updated.
    Thanks

    • Alex T Thanks Alex.

My home wasn't listed in playback devices, only smartphone, but this just changed, don't know why :)

Both Home Max are now playing Spotify music.

      Great stuff!!

    • Alex T After some more testing my speakers dont always show up.

The way I can 'trigger' them to be visible is to change speaker first on my smartphone and after that the remote finds them, not ideal. Any thoughts why this is?

The only speaker which is immediately found (after a reboot) is my smartphone, nothing else.

    • Wout Martens Indeed you'll have to launch it from your phone first, I didn't mention it in my previous message, sorry about that. It seems this is a technical limitation from Spotify connect.

    • Alex T so dat for instants, I launch Google home by voice to play a song. Can I then pick up the sevenhugs remote and control Spotify? Or do you have to open it on the smartphone first?
