Stopped seeing my Roku 3

I’ve been happily using the remote for months now, but a month or so back it stopped being able to communicate with my Roku 3.  The Roku works fine if I use a different remote.  The Smart remote works fine on everything else, it just doesn’t talk to the Roku.  Any ideas?

  • I just remembered that Sevenhugs is in France.  Does that mean the entire company is on vacation until September?

  • This is sometimes fixable by rebooting the remote (and I've worked with support on it via email), but it keeps happening, over and over and over again.  Is there some kind of fix other than constant restarts?

      Anne-Sophie F.  I'm looking forward to it.  It fails continually at this point, and I have to use a second remote to operate the Roku.
